A chuban from the set Byu Suikoden, “Beauty and Valour in the Novel Suikoden.” An adaption of the classic Chinese Water Margin novel. Shows the revengeful Lady Shiranui driving nails into the crucified body of Mutota. Published by Omiya Kyujiro (Kinkyu) 1866-67 (this being 1867). A fine set of 50 prints.Fine impression, colour and condition. Signed Ikkaisai Yoshitoshi hitsu.
